It's Read Aloud Season

One of my favorite things to do is read to children.  Children's books to me are like shoes to other women.  I can never have too many books.  I get to read to Cole's class on Wednesday.  On Mondays Cecily and I go to the library and I was on the hunt to find a new book.  I think this may be a good option for second graders.

For me a good read aloud varies by age.  Ones that include a bit of repetition are preferred as you can keep the students engaged.   Don't only stick with fiction, there are great non fiction books that the students would love.  On a lighter not, any book that is silly or allows you to do voices is a great bonus.
